Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Account Program Manager to oversee multiple utility client relationships and retail programs with annual revenues of $2M–$5M. You will drive contracts, budgets, and specifications while leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes aligned with program goals and client needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating performance, proposing marketing actions, ensuring profitability, and coordinating with marketing, operations analytics, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project/program management experience.
• 2+ years of people management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• DOT requirements: comply with applicable federal/state transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts ranging from $2M to $5M in annual revenue.
• Coordinate cross-functional field teams of 7–15 members.
• Ensure compliance and client satisfaction through contract execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, retailers, and manufacturers.
• Assist in writing proposals and determining field visit frequency.
