CLEAResult is seeking an Account Manager to drive contractor recruitment, onboarding, and training for a weatherization program in the Metro NY area. The role represents the program and company to trade allies, encouraging participation and ensuring contractor engagement across outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Weatherization, HVAC or building construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BPI, OSHA & EPA Lead certifications preferred, yet not required; or ability to obtain within training provided.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new Participating Contractors and onboard them into the program.
• Provide onboarding trainings and regular contractor trainings.
• Coordinate translation services for trainings and manage contractor performance.
