Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Account Program Manager to lead relationships between utility clients and our retail programs in New Mexico. This largely remote/field-based role includes a weekly in-person team check-in and significant travel across the state.

The role focuses on cost, implementation, and performance of programs, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with teams including technical, marketing, operations, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Reliable personal vehicle for regional travel (mileage reimbursed).
• Open to candidates in surrounding areas with travel to the metro area.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships between utility clients and retail programs across the New Mexico scope.
• Oversee cost, implementation and performance of retail programs and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate business plans, budgets, statements and contract terms; analyze performance and marketing actions.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, operations, analytics and admin teams across the program life cycle.
• Travel within the state (roughly 25% or more) and attend weekly in-person team meetings near Albuquerque.
