Job summary

Buildout is hiring for an Account Manager role focused on retention and expansion in a fully remote US position. You will own a large book of business, manage renewals, license expansions, and cross-sell opportunities while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value.

You will maintain a living account plan, monitor health signals, and drive renewal strategies. Candidates with B2B SaaS experience and Salesforce proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS account management experience with a focus on retention and expansion.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business and proven ability to consistently hit revenue targets.
• Experience nurturing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals and growth across a high-volume book of business.
• Manage contract execution, license expansion, price increases and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and account plans with renewal histories and risk signals.
• Drive early engagement to renewals and ensure value realization for customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, Implementation, Finance and Customer Success to unblock issues.
• Occasional travel for onsite meetings and events.
