Job summary

Outbuild is hiring its first Account Manager to own company-wide renewals, protect revenue, and grow ARR by adding Outbuild Pro and other modules. You will work closely with Customer Success and help build the renewal process, while keeping HubSpot records accurate and forecasting renewals.

This fully remote role in the United States reports to the VP of Sales and offers a fast-paced environment where you’ll shape how we defend and expand our customer base.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B SaaS account management, construction tech.
• Proven track record retaining revenue on a book of business.
• Experience selling add-on modules to existing customers.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence discussing pricing and contract terms.
• Disciplined CRM habits; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal cycle from first contact to signature.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope with customers.
• Position Outbuild Pro and modules at renewal.
• Help define the account management playbook and renewal processes.
• Maintain HubSpot records and renewal health scoring.
