GoCanvas Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to maximize retention, growth, and satisfaction across a portfolio of SaaS customers. You will own renewals, expansions, and value realization, acting as the primary commercial partner.

This remote role collaborates with Customer Success, Professional Services, Billing, and Product teams to drive adoption and revenue, with a base salary range of $77,300 to $96,400 USD and benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or retention-focused roles in SaaS or subscription-based environments.
• Proven ability to drive renewals, expansion, and retention through consultative account management practices.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data for decision-making and strategy optimization.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and customer engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary contact for renewal, expansion, and satisfaction initiatives.
• Identify, develop, and execute strategies for expansion through quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and demonstrate value realization.
• Leverage data insights to track adoption, drive metrics, and refine account strategies for growth.
