Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience as an Account Manager.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can utilize our services effectively.
• Customize onboarding plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide weekly check-ins with clients to offer ongoing support and address any questions or concerns.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of our services.
• Regularly review and assess the performance of the services provided to clients.
• Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for enhancement.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, support, and product development.
• Ensure that client feedback is communicated to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
