Public Partnerships LLC seeks an Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage deliverables, and drive renewal and growth opportunities. The role collaborates across internal teams to meet contractual standards and deliver high-quality services.

The candidate will lead sales presentations, support proposals, mentor staff, and help recruit future client-partner leaders, requiring outstanding communication and analytical skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 9 years’ experience required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7-9 years supervisory experience required; Demonstrated financial and business management experience required; Finance and accounting systems experience preferred; Knowledge of Medicaid programs and experience with state government required; Experience in long term care and disability services is a plus.
• Working Conditions: Remote with occasional travel within the state of Florida.
• Must reside in Florida.
• Compensation: $73,000 - $93,000

Mansioni

• Acts as primary and back-up contact for client engagements.
• Participates in key stakeholder meetings.
• Presents status reports to clients.
• Reviews and updates critical client documents regularly.
• Functions as subject matter expert on PPL’s products.
• Sets client expectations regarding product application model during implementation.
• Coordinates project requirements among functional groups and with client.
• Creates and manages internal project work plans.
• Ensures work quality meets contractual standards.
• Identifies upsell opportunities and supports proposal development.
• Leads sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Oversees contracted training programs.
• Manages staff performance and development.
• Makes final staff hiring decisions.
