Job summary

Elevate Reach is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts on our fully remote team. You will guide onboarding, share performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and renewal readiness.

In this role you’ll identify opportunities to expand services, draft proposals, and maintain organized account records in our CRM. A US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or B2B client services.
• Confident leading client conversations by phone and video.
• Comfortable reading performance metrics and explaining them clearly.
• Organized across several accounts with different priorities.
• Polished written communication.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts
• Hold regular check-ins and review performance reports and KPIs with each client
• Work with team leads to resolve issues quickly and confirm the result with the client
• Spot opportunities to expand services and prepare proposals with leadership
• Guide new clients through onboarding and the first weeks of service
• Keep account notes, contracts, and renewal dates organized in our CRM
• Share client feedback with internal teams to improve how we deliver
