Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an organized, customer-centric Account Manager to support sales operations from Seattle-area or remote locations in the United States. You will onboard clients, manage accounts, prepare quotes, and coordinate accurate, on-time order fulfillment while building strong relationships with executives and stakeholders.

You will partner with Account Executives, clients, and internal teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing key accounts and coordinating across sales and operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to generate accurate quotes and oversee order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to key accounts and executive sponsors.
• Support onboarding of new clients and growth initiatives with Sales.
• Generate timely, accurate quotes and ensure smooth order placement.
• Oversee contract negotiations and renewal processes.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams for stocking and delivery schedules.
• Act as client advocate to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Escalate risks and support remediation efforts.
