Lumelight, LLC is hiring an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. The role emphasizes timely, accurate, and empathetic support while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data security.

Remote work is available within approved Lumelight states. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, have healthcare/claims knowledge, and be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and CRM tooling to manage inquiries and support group

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in administrative or client management roles in healthcare/claims domains.
• Experience with stop loss, plan financial tracking, and claim reporting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries from various sources while maintaining fast response times.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients using the Lumelight analytics platform.
• Address inquiries about stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data to support client workflows.
• Lead software testing during releases and coordinate customer communication.
• Facilitate communications for customers adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA newly implemented groups by comparing client data with Lumelight data.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
