Lumelight LLC is hiring an Account Manager-Claims Reporting for a remote position across approved Lumelight states. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries related to the analytics platform, and ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic support.

The role requires strong healthcare knowledge and data handling skills with HIPAA compliance. You will lead testing, coordinate with customers adding groups, and provide SME input on analytics or health insurance areas,

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM systems like SFDC, HubSpot, or Zoho for ticket management is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Excel data validation, pivot charts, and macros experience is expected.
• Proficient use of Outlook for scheduling, correspondence, and rules management.
• Ability to lead meetings and convey confidence to clients.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform for customers.
• Support questions on stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data for customer workflows.
• Lead software testing of Lumelight system during releases.
