Job summary

Lumelight, LLC is seeking an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to be the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. You will ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic support for inquiries related to client accounts, with emphasis on HIPAA and PHI handling.

In this remote role across approved Lumelight states, you will coordinate with customers on stop loss tracking, plan financials, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting, while leading testing and group

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative or client management experience.
• Healthcare, claims processing knowledge is a strong plus.
• Must understand how health care benefits are administered by plan docs, audit findings and responses.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior executives in complex orgs.
• Strong analytical thinking and data validation skills.
• PHI handling and HIPAA compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform.
• Answer questions on stop loss tracking, plan financials, claims reporting.
• Support processes to pull and securely deliver Lumelight data.
• Lead software testing during releases and scenarios.
• Lead projects coordinating communications for adding groups.
• QA new groups against Lumelight data after setup.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
