Lumelight, LLC. is seeking an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to deliver exceptional service for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. You will be the primary contact, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic support while maintaining HIPAA data security.

The role requires strong communication and healthcare knowledge, with remote work options within approved Lumelight states. You will collaborate on inquiries, data delivery, and analytics projects for complex clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative or client management experience, preferably healthcare/claims.
• Employee Benefit and Self-Funded Health Plan insurance knowledge a strong plus.
• Healthcare-related or prior claims auditing experience a plus.
• Understand how specific health care benefits are administered by reviewing client plan docs and audit findings.
• Proven excellence in supporting complex clients.
• Superior project, time management and organizational skills; adapt to multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated relationship-building and presentation skills with senior executives.
• Strong problem-solving with client-facing experience.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication.
• High ethical conduct with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries regarding the Lumelight analytics platform for customers.
• Support questions related to stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking and projection, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting.
• Assist customer workflows involving pulling and securely delivering Lumelight data.
• Lead software testing during releases across specified scenarios.
• Lead projects by coordinating communications for adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA newly implemented groups by comparing customer data to Lumelight data post-setup.
• Provide SME to the team in analytics or health insurance areas.
