The role requires strong communication, HIPAA understanding, and expertise with Excel and CRM tools. Remote work within approved Lumelight states, with 40-hour weeks and opportunities to lead projects and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in administrative or client management, healthcare or claims preferred.
• Healthcare benefits knowledge a strong plus.
• Ability to understand client plan documentation and audit findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship building.
• Excel proficiency with data validation and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform.
• Support stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, and claim reporting.
• Deliver Lumelight data securely for workflows.
• Lead software testing during releases.
• Lead projects for adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA new groups against Lumelight data.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance.
