Qualifications

• Sales, client success, or account management experience (1–2 years).
• Experience with small-tier clients.
• College degree required.
• Demonstrates humility, innovation, and excellence.
• Motivation for sales and team mission.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient at prospecting and online profiling.
• Passionate about influencing, negotiation, and closing.
• Knowledgeable about technology and SaaS platforms.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Faith sector knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients of new products, features, and value of Subsplash.
• Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Help clients maximize use of Subsplash products and minimize obstacles.
• Stay educated on industry information and educate clients accordingly.
