Subsplash is hiring an Account Manager for the Client Success Team to delight clients, increase retention, and grow recurring revenue. The role emphasizes strategic consulting, platform adoption, and proactive client education to maximize value.

You will build relationships, inform clients about new features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing success for customers across the US.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, apps, analytics, data, or databases.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients of new products, features, and value of the Subsplash platform.
• Help clients succeed in utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Engage in prospecting and online profiling activities.
• Support retention and revenue opportunities through strategic consulting.
