Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team. The role focuses on delighting clients, driving retention, and increasing recurring revenue by consulting and expanding product use across our platform.

You will build relationships, inform clients about new features, and help them succeed with Subsplash products. Occasional travel may be required, and the role is remote within eligible states.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales, client success or account management.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and analytics is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients of new products and features and value of the platform.
• Help clients maximize adoption and value from Subsplash products.
• Travel occasional as needed.
