Job summary
Subsplash, the Ultimate Engagement Platform, is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team. You will partner with clients to maximize platform adoption, strengthen relationships, and drive recurring revenue through strategic guidance and proactive education.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years in Sales/Client Success/Account Management.
- College degree required.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and tech-savvy approach.
- Able to travel occasionally and work remotely in qualified states.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email communication.
- Inform clients of exciting new products and features and value of Subsplash platform.
- Develop innovative solutions catered to client needs.
- Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
- Stay educated and be able to educate clients on industry information.
