Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines, with a valid P&C license and the ability to work Pacific Time hours. The role supports the account team and producers, handling policy administration, renewals, billing, and service requests.

This position offers remote flexibility across CA/NV/OR/WA/AZ with the potential for hybrid onsite work near branch locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Manage policy expirations, renewals, and client research for submissions.
• Handle billing, claims, coverage analysis, and vendor communications.
• Assist with reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Maintain agency systems and monitor accounts receivable and activity.
• Deliver proactive, responsive service and uphold IOA values.
