Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines who will provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and assigned group of accounts.

The role requires an active P&C license and the ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (M-F 8am–5pm). Remote work is open to residents in CA, NV, OR, WA, and AZ with on-site needs possible for branch locations.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (M-F 8am–5pm).
• 5+ years in insurance industry or 3+ years as account manager.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and assigned accounts.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of team support staff.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and prepare submissions.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages and monitor accounts receivable for delinquencies.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate proactively with the account team regarding workload and issues.
