Insurance Office of America is hiring an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines. The role provides administrative support to the account team, handles policy expirations and renewals, and manages billing, claims, and coverage analysis.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, with the ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours, M-F 8am to 5pm. Remote work is available with regional onsite requirements as needed.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active license; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals with accuracy.
• Handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
