Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. The role is open to residents in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona, with remote hours aligned to Pacific Time.

You will provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, ensuring high-quality service, accurate policy administration, and timely renewals. A valid P&C license is required, and on-site work may be needed for branch-related needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals and conduct client research for submissions.
