Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines in a remote-capable role.

You will provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, ensuring accurate policy administration and timely handling of renewals for a portfolio of commercial accounts. Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, can work Pacific Time hours, and bring 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 3+ years account management experience or 5+ years in insurance preferred.
• Professional designation CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Work with minimal direction from an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer to meet production and quality standards.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals and assist in renewal processes.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included and monitor accounts receivable.
