Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines in a remote-capable role serving California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona. You will support the account team, handle renewals, billing, and coverage analysis from PT-friendly hours, with potential hybrid onsite as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a P&C license, strong insurance brokerage knowledge, and 3+ years in account management, plus MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Assist in submissions, binder process, and pricing evaluations.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Support on cross-functional activities with producers and AE.
