This role may be remote for residents in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona, with occasional on-site requirements per policy. The ideal candidate has a 3+ year track record in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active licensure, and strong MS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis with accuracy.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; assist in submissions and proposals.
