Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency specializing in paid media, SEO, CRO, and web work for marketing-led brands. As Account Growth Manager, you own an established book of recurring clients, working with the sales team to win new clients while you retain and grow the existing accounts.

You will manage retention, expand revenue through upsells, and hit a seven-figure annual quota. You will collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single clear voice for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency account management (marketing, digital, creative or advertising).
• Proven track record of retaining clients and upselling with measurable results.
• Able to maintain calm, clear communication with senior client stakeholders.

• Retain and grow your book of recurring agency clients, maintaining strong relationships.
