Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, residuals, and a flexible schedule, with remote work allowed across the U.S.

You will educate business owners on payment solutions, close deals, and build a recurring income stream by managing active accounts. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, knowledge of merchant services, and strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
