Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated sales professional for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, earnings potential, and opportunities to own a portfolio while working remotely in your region.

You’ll prospect, close deals, and earn activations plus monthly commissions with long-term residuals. Successful candidates are self-driven, communicative, and capable of educating merchants on value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
