Xplor Technologies seeks motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income, activation bonuses, and the freedom to control your time and income.

You’ll visit local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and receive monthly residuals with uncapped commissions. Remote work is supported within your team region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
