Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income, activation bonuses, and the freedom to control your time and income from a remote setup.

You'll educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and earn monthly commissions plus long-term residuals, with a flexible schedule and training provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts to business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
