Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers unlimited income potential and the freedom to manage your time while helping merchants implement payment processing solutions.

You will go to businesses, educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses along with monthly commissions and residuals. Remote work is allowed within eligible rights, with training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
