Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses, with remote work allowed for eligible candidates in the United States.

You will educate business owners on payment solutions, close deals, and enjoy uncapped commissions along with ongoing support and training. Prior merchant services experience is a plus, and independence with hunter instincts is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
