Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped income potential and the chance to help businesses adopt payment processing solutions.

You can work fully remote in this position, with field activity in your team region. You will close deals, earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions, and build residual income while supported by training and a strong company culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions with residuals.
