Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers freedom to manage your time and build residual income while helping businesses adopt payment processing solutions.

You will go door-to-door or meet local business owners, earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions, and receive training and mentorship. Remote work is supported from anywhere in the US with eligible working rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
