Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring for a remote Account Executive role within our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based position offers control over your time and earnings, with activation bonuses and long-term residuals across the merchant services landscape.

You’ll visit businesses, educate owners on saving money, close deals, and leverage training and support to build a scalable client portfolio. Applicants must reside in the United States and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
