Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role focuses on selling merchant services and payment processing solutions to local businesses, with autonomy to manage your schedule.

You’ll be supported with training, activation bonuses, and monthly residuals, with uncapped earnings potential and benefits when applicable. Remote work is allowed within the US, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
