Job summary

Xplor seeks motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses, with a flexible schedule and full training.

You’ll engage local businesses, educate owners on payment solutions, and close deals to build long-term relationships across regions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B outside sales, merchant services experience, and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
• Align with core values and act with integrity

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
