Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for its Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited upside, residual income, and activation bonuses. You will prospect, educate merchants, close deals, and earn ongoing monthly commissions while building a portfolio of accounts.

You can work fully remote in the United States, with access to sales training and mentorship. Xplor provides health benefits and a 401K, recognizing top performers with incentives and trips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; work independently and in a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
