Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role includes activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Remote work is allowed, with field presence in your team region.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, with 2+ years in B2B outside sales, experience in merchant services or payments, and a hunter mentality focused on lead generation and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
