Xplor Group is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, ideal for candidates who want control of time and earnings.

You’ll prospect local businesses, educate owners on saving money and streamlined transactions, close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions with residuals. This remote US role covers the Nashville area and includes training, health benefits and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
