Job summary

Xplor Group’s Xplor Pay Direct Sales team seeks a highly motivated Account Executive. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom and control over income with residuals from active accounts.

You will educate business owners on payment solutions, close deals, and participate in weekly activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. The role includes training, mentorship, and a Presidents Club incentive, with health benefits and 401K. Remote work possible nationwide in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex payment concepts into business value.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business with door-to-door or on-site visits.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and recurring commissions.
• Work independently with comprehensive training and support.
