Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexibility, and the chance to control your time and earnings while selling payment processing solutions to local businesses.

You’ll close deals, earn activation bonuses, and receive monthly commissions with long-term residuals, all while benefiting from training, support, and company perks. Remote work is available with regional field coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
