Job summary

Xplor Group is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the United States. This 100% commission-based role offers flexible scheduling and residual income from active accounts.

You will educate merchants on payment processing and close deals while benefiting from activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. The role supports remote work with territory in your team region, comprehensive training, and a path to higher earnings through performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, networking with a true hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
