Job summary

Xplor Technologies in the United States seeks a self-driven Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, ideal for someone who wants control over time and earnings.

You’ll go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn ongoing commissions with support and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
