Xplor is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions while helping businesses streamline payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating tech concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
