Xplor Technologies is hiring a motivated Account Executive for our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers unlimited income potential, with activation bonuses and ongoing residuals. You’ll engage local businesses, demonstrate value, and close deals while enjoying flexibility and a supportive structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to source leads through prospecting, cold-calling and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
