Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring for an Account Executive on the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This fully remote, commission-based role offers activation bonuses, residuals, and a path to substantial earnings for self-motivated sales professionals.

You’ll educate merchants on payment processing and close deals with ongoing commissions while enjoying flexible scheduling and supportive training. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outside sales, merchant services experience, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
