Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. Xplor Pay Direct Sales offers a fully remote, commission‑based Account Executive role with residual income and activation bonuses.

You’ll drive sales and manage your pipeline while enjoying the freedom to schedule your work and own your earnings. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in B2B outside sales, a background in merchant services or payment processing, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Merchant services or payment processing experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
