Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential as you sell payment processing solutions to businesses.

You will educate merchants, close deals, and build a portfolio with ongoing residuals while working remotely in your region. Prior B2B sales and merchant services experience are valued; a hunter mentality helps you source leads and win new accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
